Coffee Jell-O
1 tablespoon plain gelatine powder
1/4 cup cold water
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
Dash of salt
1 3/4 cup hot strong coffee
Soak gelatine in cold water for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Chill until firm.
Serves 4.
